If we assist you by phone or e-mail, sometimes an online meeting with you is necessary. In such cases you are sharing your screen with us, as well as your mouse and keyboard. This way, we will verify your system settings, configuration or logs together with you.
- You will only receive an invitation from us to an online meeting after consultation with you.
- Online meetings always take place together with you. Never alone.
If MS Teams or Zoom cannot be used, you can download our support client (FastViewer).
If none of the above is possible or if you are using e.g. “TeamViewer”, “Skype”, “Cisco WebEx”, “GoToMeeting”, etc., please send us your session invitation or session number (ID).
