The standardization of the mutation workflows provides more flexibility and control in detail. In order to meet the future requirements of cadastral surveying in Switzerland, the processing of the updating and resurveying will be reorganized over the next few years.
With the upcoming data model change to DM.flex, the focus is primarily on data quality and its integrity so that the constant demand for up-to-dateness can be met.
By standardizing the mutation workflows, sources of error will be minimized in the future and the work steps simplified.
The most important requirements are:
- Coverage of the processes of updating and resurveying
- Ongoing implementation in the ArcMap environment and full integration on the ArcGIS platform
- Support of DM.01 and DM.flex
- 3D processing is planned
The advantage is the overview of all mutation jobs and their current processing status. Further jobs can be started, processed or completed.
Mutations are executed per job, so that several topics can be processed before the job is completed. This also ensures that the origin is automatically filled with the correct update. All required functions are sorted by topic and can be found in one place.
This uniform structure is intended to support and guide Geocom customers in their work processes.
